RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

 

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders on our website. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice whenever deemed necessary and have sole discretion to make any final decisions on matters between us as applicable.

ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION

After completing the order payment, you can adjust the order information by contacting us via support@amonisa.com within 06 hours. If you do not make any changes to your order within 06 hours, the order will be sent to production and you will have to waive your right to adjust order details or cancel the order.

- The design of individual items cannot be adjusted once the order has been successfully completed.

- The number of items in your sale order and the product type in your order, you cannot change the color and/or size of the ordered item unless such change results in any fluctuation in the price of the final item.

- The number of items in your discount order and the product type in your order cannot be changed. If you have any need for these changes, please contact us to cancel the order, then you can place a new revised order.

* Please note that if you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing the order, you will be charged the full payment fee as this fee is non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

All of our artworks are made and supervised by a professional design team, in accordance with customers' tastes.

We allow personalization according to your needs and preview the design you choose before proceeding with the order, these are personalized products printed to your requirements, so we do not offer Return or reprint service for orders marked as delivered.

Customers may contact their carrier (e.g., USPS/ UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for exact delivery details, including GPS location.

We want you to be satisfied with the service provided by us. If your product is defective or not as described, don't worry. Just email us at support@amonisa.com and we will resolve it by providing you with a replacement product or a refund.

Any failed delivery due to the customer's error in the delivery address or the customer's unavailability of the product, any loss of product due to the security of the customer's living area (provided that the carrier shipping confirmation that the order has been delivered) will NOT be eligible for returns and compensation. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it.

Any dissatisfaction regarding the size and/or color of the garment will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please be sure to view our size chart on the product page or your order confirmation email within the first 6 hours of completing your purchase.

FULL REFUND

For hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made to order, we do not exchange or refund items unless there is a major problem with the item you received.

* We will refund your entire receipt (Transaction Fee + Shipping Fee) or send you a replacement product if your order meets the issues below.

  1. Your order will be sent for replacement or refund if:

Your order does not arrive at the delivery address within 45 business days of the order date. However, please note that any late delivery claims filed after 60 business days from the original order date will be rejected.

With our policy, within 7 days from the date you receive the goods, you can request a refund or replacement in the following cases: • The

printed product is unclear or blurred.

  • Print position is not centered as described on the website.
  • Delivered the wrong product in the order, or the wrong part of the order.
  • Damage due to transportation: torn, stretched.
  • Product is not the correct size or color as described.
  • Other errors caused by our manufacturing process. When encountering these unfortunate incidents, please email us about the problem (including actual product images and labels for proof) for timely assistance in requesting a refund or return. We encourage you to get a new replacement for the defective product, and you don't even need to return the defective product to us.

Your order has inconsistent quality issues. Please note that any claims relating to quality issues or garment defects must be submitted within 07 working days of receipt with sufficient clear evidence as follows: • Photo(s) of the

items quality problems and any damaged parts of the actual product received;

  • The product image delivered is incorrect (in case the color/design is wrong compared to the original order);
  • Photo of the size tag and the entire product when measured with a ruler (in case the size is wrong compared to the original order);
  • Image(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.

You can submit these proofs through email support: support@amonisa.com. The Customer Care Department will receive and process your case. Our customer service will then help provide a replacement product or refund as appropriate.

  1. After carefully examining your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our internal team within 07 business days from refund confirmation. In the next 24 hours (from the time of receiving the customer's email/SMS requesting to Cancel the order), our Customer Care Department will confirm the details with the order on your email and we will refund the order. Refund the full amount for this order within 48 hours. then and implement the return policy of the payment gateways that Amonisa Store is integrating with. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

REFUND POLICY

There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Items purchased from the Amonisa Store are custom-made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Please note that if you return the item without our request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs arising from your unapproved return. Therefore, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us via support@amonisa.com  within 07 business days of order delivery to explain your complaint. Our customer service will then help provide a replacement product or refund as appropriate.

If the problem is serious, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this case, the product may be retained at the customer's discretion.

  • We DO NOT refund or exchange any products purchased during sales or any promotions.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item(s).
  • We will refund or send replacement products immediately once we check that your items meet the refund policy conditions. You do not need to return your items. The time you receive the replacement product is the same as the time the new product is shipped.

DISCLAIMER

  1. You must provide all information and/or documents related to your order(s) placed in our store upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if you fail to provide requested information and/or documents or if you provide inaccurate or fraudulent information.
  2. We shall not be responsible for any damages, claims, liabilities, costs, damages, inconvenience, business interruption, or expenditure of any kind that may arise due to or relating to any used or stored products purchased from our store.
  3. When you submit your order, the risk of loss of the order will be transferred from our store to you/your party once your order is delivered to the carrier. You will bear all legal responsibilities and risks involved in the shipping of orders by third parties.
  4. We will not accept any liability for any loss or delivery error due to: the recipient not being present, incorrect or incomplete address, or the package being refused. Therefore, please ensure your information is correct before payment. After the order is completed, if an error is discovered during the order confirmation process, please contact us at support@amonisa.com as soon as possible to receive quick support.
